Everyone needs to stop with the angry Casey Anthony posts

I see a lot of bitches posting about how Casey Anthony should have been convicted of first degree murder, and saying things like, “I am disgusted by America’s justice system.”, “Now people can get away with murder?”, etc. People need to get their facts straight before making those kind of comments. To be honest, I would be more disgusted if she WAS to be convicted of first-degree murder! Since there was no piece of direct evidence proving that Casey Anthony chloroformed or suffocated her daughter, Caylee, to death.

Evidence presented for Caylee Anthony’s murder:

- Trace’s of chloroform was found in Casey’s car trunk. (Chloroform is a common ingredient found in carpet cleaners, therefore she could have been just cleaning her trunk carpet. Even if that weren’t the case, that is not sufficient evidence to prove that it was used on her baby).

- Caylee’s decomposed body was found in the woods near where Casey lived. (The cause of Caylee’s death could not be determined, so this ultimately dismisses all accusations of her chloroforming her baby to death).

- Oak Ridge Laboratory preformed an air sample test in her trunk and found traces of decomposition in her trunk. (However, the source of decomposition could not be determined).

- Duct tape was found wrapped around her baby’s head. (However, scientists found that only decomposed particles were found on the tape and not live human flesh, so it was likely that the tape was put on after Caylee’s death).

- Caylee’s disappearance was not reported for 31 days. (Sure, that is very strange that she didn’t report that her baby was missing, but that does not prove that she was the murderer).

So all in all, the REAL tragedy and failure of the law system, ladies and gentlemen, would be if Casey was convicted of first-degree murder and put up for the death penalty for an accusation that wasn’t even proven true.
